Use this page to understand the two stages that follow a purchase from our collection of lunch boxes, insulated carriers, reusable drinkware, meal-prep containers, food-storage sets, backpacks, and practical accessories.

Before and after dispatch

We begin fulfillment after a successful payment authorization. Order checks and packing usually require 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation once the parcel has shipped is 4–6 business days. The estimates do not combine into a guaranteed delivery date, and weekends or applicable holidays are not business days.

Checkout availability

Eligible destinations, any shipping fee, and any available free-delivery option appear at checkout. A complete street address and reachable email and telephone details help avoid delays. Carrier tracking is provided when supported.

Problems in transit

If movement stops, a parcel is missing, damage occurs, or delivery is scanned without the package arriving, send the order number and tracking code to fukyou78494@gmail.com. Service limitations may apply to certain areas or shipping methods.
